Given the nature of digital products (such as e-books, audio files, digital courses, etc.), which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to reflect this while upholding consumer rights.

1. Refunds Will Be Issued For The Following Cases:

Technical Defect in Product: If the digital product you purchased is found to be technically faulty, corrupted, or consistently un-downloadable after multiple attempts, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a functional replacement within 48 hours / 2 business days of reporting.
Gross Misrepresentation: If the product description on the sales page was significantly misleading and does not match the actual content of the digital product you received.
Payment Error: In the event of a payment error resulting in an accidental overcharge, the excess amount will be refunded.
2. Cases Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable:

Change of Mind After Download/Access: Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital product by clicking the download link we cannot offer a refund simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.
Software/Hardware Incompatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software or hardware to use the digital product prior to purchase. We do not provide refunds due to incompatibility issues.
Failure to Read Product Description: Refunds will not be issued if you failed to fully read the product description and found the product did not meet expectations not outlined therein.
Your Own Internet Issues: If a download problem is attributed to your internet connection or device, and not related to the product itself.
Expired Download/Access Link: If a download or access link was provided for a limited time 24 hours , and the buyer failed to download the product within that period.
3. Requesting a Refund:
